General Terms and Conditions of Sale

You must carefully read the following provisions, as they constitute a contract establishing the general conditions for the sale of products and services in the company’s online catalog (or store).
The “click” you perform after completing your order form constitutes confirmation of your order and irrevocable acceptance of these terms.
Therefore, you may only order products or services if you accept the conditions outlined below.

1. Preamble

The following general terms and conditions govern all transactions established on the WimSport web catalog.
Any order placed on this site implies unconditional and irrevocable acceptance by the customer.

2. Purpose

This is a distance sales contract intended to define the rights and obligations of both parties in the sale of WimSport products via the secure online payment platform of the Interbank Electronic Payment Center (CMI).

WimSport is a registered service and trademark of WimSport.

3. Definitions

• Distance Contract: A contract for goods or services concluded exclusively through the Internet.

• Consumer: Any individual acting for non-professional purposes.

• Order Form: A document detailing the product characteristics confirmed by “double-click”.

• Order: The act by which the consumer commits to purchasing and the company commits to delivering.

4. Products

All products are offered while stocks last.
The company reserves the right to remove an item without prior notice and is not liable for incompatibility issues with the buyer’s existing equipment.

5. Placing an Order

After selecting products, click “Order”, and you may modify the cart or continue shopping.
To finalize, click “Pay”.
If an error occurs, send a cancellation request within 24 hours.
After cancellation, you can reorder.

6. Prices

Prices are listed in Moroccan dirham (MAD), excluding taxes, and valid at the time of consultation.
VAT is calculated based on the applicable rate at the time of the order.

7. Order Execution

The order will be executed within 7 days at the latest from the day after the order is placed.
In case of product unavailability, the consumer can cancel the order and get a refund or replacement.

8. Delivery

• WimSport does not ensure delivery; the client collects goods from the designated address.

• Shipping fees are the buyer’s responsibility, based on the weight.

• Shipment occurs within 48 hours after payment confirmation, subject to stock availability.

9. Payment Methods

The customer chooses from the payment options provided by WimSport.
All online payments are secured via the Interbank Electronic Payment Center (CMI).
In case of credit card use, fraud-related terms apply.

10. Data Confidentiality

Personal data is handled confidentially.
Clients have the right to correct their personal data.

11. Right of Withdrawal

The client has 7 days from delivery to withdraw and get a full refund (return shipping costs borne by the client).

12. Warranty

All products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for at least one year.
Damage due to accidents, misuse, or negligence is excluded.

13. Proof of Transactions

Data recorded by CMI serves as proof of transactions between the client and WimSport.

14. Force Majeure

WimSport is only liable as long as no force majeure event prevents it from fulfilling its obligations.
